As always Harley looked fabulous when I picked him up! He smelled delicious too:) Sarah works miracles...we love her.

Scarlett loves Sara and she always looks so great when I pick her up.

Left Gilly with Sara, and they got on just fine. Sara has done her before. She was prompt and did exactly what I asked. Gilly is very proud, and that's what counts!!

Dogtown always does a great job grooming our Goldendoodle, whether we ask for a shave or just a trim. Our only complaint is that he's often not ready for pickup until at least an hour after our requested pickup time.

I have a 4 year old Yoshon (Yorkie bichon mix) and until I found Sarah at Dogtown I wasn’t ever happy with his grooming. Now I look forward to picking him up, he always looks so cute ❤️

I treat my goldendoodle like my child, and I am always making sure he is receiving the proper attention and care when I leave him with others. I have had poor experiences with other day care/boarding facilities in the area and I always say how much I regret not starting out at Dogtown. My doodle is apprehensive around new dogs and afraid of groomings after experiences elsewhere, but the staff here at Dogtown goes ABOVE and BEYOND what is expected to make sure my dog feels confident and safe every time he steps foot in the building. He can't wait to get inside and play with his friends at day care, and don't even get me started with the grooming!! Last time he was in, I checked the camera in the grooming room and saw Sara, the groomer, giving him loads of kisses and cuddles mid-session. Its the little things that make a dog (and their owner) feel comfortable about new situations, and Dogtown is always exceeding expectations.

Yesterday was Gilly's day at the salon! Poor thing needed a bath, which I gather she loves with others than me, toe nail trim, and Sara goes as far as she can without getting the quick, and a trim to keep snow from sticking around foot area. She came home a happy and gorgeous dog, tired, as I assume Sara was too!

We like Winnie, our Havanese, in a longer puppy cut. This time it was perfection. Shorter on the belly and legs to reduce mats and fluffy on the rest of the body. She also did an amazing job on Winnie's sweet face.

I was very satisfied with the quality of grooming. However, the staff person did not initially check me in and did not get my phone number. Several hours went by and I called to inquire. I was very disappointed. Why Dogtown does not store customer information in their computer is ridiculous not to mention safety issue not being able to contact the owner. Please re-think your check in procedure.

Our dog Colby boarded at Dogtown last weekend for two night. It seems like she had a great time and came back worn out! However, I have a few pieces of negative feedback. 1. I had Colby groomed during her stay. I asked for a Puppy Cut and she came back with her whole body shaved but none of the hair on her head/face was trimmed. I am not sure how the groomer thought this is what we were looking for given how she looked when she went in. I will likely need to take her someone else to get the hair on her head trimmed to it doesn't get into her eyes. I will not be using the Dogtown services again. 2. When my husband picked up Colby, one of the dogs behind the front desk bit his hand! I don't know why an unfriendly dog would be out front where owners are coming and going.

My dogs regularly come here for grooming (by Sarah, she is the best!) and daycare. Always exceed my expectations.

Scarlett always looks so lovely after she is groomed. She loves being with Sarah. Actually she loves being with both Sarah's. I hope that you have a groomer lined up when Sarah is on maternity leave. Mary

Able to accommodate a grooming appointment in short notice and did a fabulous job at reducing the shedding!

I've never been happy with his haircuts in the past. Your groomer did an amazing job and even came out to ask me if I was happy. I will definitely be back for Hogan's grooming. Thank you!

Had a great experience with Sara the groomer yesterday! We have an infant at home, so our little dog Teddy hasnt seen the groomer...or a bath... in awhile and Sara fixed him up! He looks like a different (much happier!) dog! Thanks Sara! Leslie & Jason Lawson

Groomer did a great job with both of my pups. She is always thorough with the washing and takes them for walks before I pick them back up - so I get to have nice smelling, tired dogs!

This is the second time Sara groomed our two dogs. The first time their hair was too long and we did not do a good job in brushing them. She still did good, but it was a lot harder for her. This time we got them in sooner and we did a better job of brushing them. They look PERFECT! We're very happy with the job Sara did. It's really convenient too as the dogs get to go to "camp" and get groomed.

We have 2 Bichon-Shitzu mixes (fluffy white dogs). We let our dogs go way too long between grooming because the person we used to go to closed up and we were scrambling to find another groomer. We are pretty regular Dogtown patrons so we knew this would be convenient. Sarah did a great job. The boys look fantastic and we were very happy! We will use her again and try harder to brush them in between.

I love all the employees at Dogtown and when I learned Daisy's groomer moved, I thought it would be perfect for daisy to get groomed while she was at daycare! She looks adorable and smelled so good. Plus she had a super cute bandana that was a great finishing touch. I did not specify a certain cut for Daisy because I know nothing about dog trim styles. Daisy looks adorable and I did not have to make a separate trip. Will do it again!

Just wanted to say thank you for once again taking great care of Sophie & Shadow! They love it @ Dogtown.

I love this place, it has a great day care system. Everyone seems to know my dog there and take exceptional care of him. On top of that, having a groomer there is excellent! It cuts my trips in half!

Dogtown staff and groomers are our go to, whether we have a weekend out of town or just want to go to a football or baseball game, we drop off and the dogs are always happy to be there. They are also the only ones that can cut our hound dogs nails!

Took my dogs in for an evaluation and one got groomed. It was a great day and the dogs came home noticeably tired but seemingly content. Better than lazing around the house all day. The staff was very friendly and the webcams are convenient, if distracting.
